Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline and drive the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Conduct account planning, territory management, and continuous pipeline generation.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of high-value enterprise SaaS deals.
- Move beyond standard discovery to conduct deep-dive analyses into a retailer's business model.
- Confidently demonstrate and defend the ROI of our platform, building consensus from Marketing Managers up to CMO, CTO, and Procurement levels.
- Drive urgency throughout the sales funnel and maintain a high volume of outbound activity.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce industry trends, competitor movements, and shifts in consumer behavior.
Requirements
- 3 year experience in a customer-facing, new-business SaaS hunter role, with a proven history of managing high-value portfolios and consistently exceeding quotas.
- Strong knowledge of and experience selling into large, complex retail organizations.
- Expert in value-selling innovative software in a fast-changing space.
- Demonstrated ability to lead internal support teams.
- A high level of enthusiasm, coachability, and an unwavering work ethic.
- French language proficiency at Native or C1 minimum.
- Eligibility to work in France without restrictions.
