What You’ll Do
Your missions will be:
- Build, manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and customers located in Europe
- Engage healthcare organisations from existing accounts and new prospects to understand, learn and solve problems with our products and platforms
- Engage senior and executive level stakeholders
- Identify and engage prospective clients through research, direct approaches, attending conferences, recommendations, and other methods to target potential clients
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gain an appreciation for their environment and challenges
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities forecasting accurately across future quarters, maintaining predictability of future revenue
- Conduct high-level web and face to face demonstrations and presentations
- Be a champion of our products and develop a deep understanding of the functional capability of the solution and create value propositions
- Assess customers' needs and explain how the product can satisfy those needs
- Quote and negotiate prices and terms, navigate through the healthcare procurement process, and complete contracts
- Create proposals and respond to tenders working with product and pre‑sales teams
- Report sales performance, and sales pipeline to the CEO and keep him appraised of sales progress
- Develop, maintain and grow client and strategic relationships
Who You Are
- 4 years of experience in sectors of sales of products / services / projects
- Highly knowledgeable of the French and European healthcare system and experience of selling into the health sector
- Experience with clinical IT systems and understanding of the needs of clinicians and workflow in a variety of care settings
- Understanding and experience in selling platforms and SaaS
- Experience in healthcare product sales and/or healthcare consulting with lead approaches
- A detailed understanding of sales methodologies
- Experience of leading or participating in requirements workshops
- Strong commercial awareness and a sound understanding of sales and project dynamics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Previous delivery of interactive presentations and demonstrations
- Mastery of the CRM tool
- Mastery of professional social networks
- Dynamic and proactive
- Ability to adapt
- Strong autonomy and good organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluency in English
- You are passionate about new digital technologies and the world of healthcare
- A background including commercial IT services experience
- A background including experience of selling SaaS products or service-oriented offerings
