Account Executive, Mid-market

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Average cycle 4–6 months, working with companies of 30–300 employees, average ARR €150K.
• Drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. Manage certain customer relationships to ensure optimal onboarding. Educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to make the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
• Understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. Make prospect experience part of overall customer experience—pleasant and delightful. Be instructive with prospects (Smart) and define personalized high‑touch strategy suitable for each prospect (Soft).
• Help grow and improve the company, challenging to enhance products, methods, and strategy, and participating in initiatives to expand the customer base.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Full professional proficiency in French (C2 or equivalent) and an advanced level of English.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
• Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
• Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team.
• Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
