Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads: own your pipeline by prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage qualified prospects: run discovery and qualification conversations using structured methods such as MEDDIC and build strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Close deals: demo the platform, sell the value of Malt, and negotiate Master Service Agreement (MSA) contracts.
  • Collaborate internally: work closely with Project Partners and Account Management to ensure a strong first customer experience and a smooth handover.

About You

  • Native level in French and strong English proficiency to navigate our international European context.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, in a BDR (cold calls) or an AE (full cycle) position.
  • Experience in a full sales cycle, including prospecting.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders (C‑level or decision‑makers).
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Highly driven and results‑oriented, with a proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Ownership, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

How to join the mission?

  • First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, and aspirations and answer your questions (30‑45 min).
  • Interview with Jean‑Charles Shadili, your manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45‑60 min).
  • Business case to assess your technical sales skills and pitch delivery (60 min).
  • Lastly, you will meet Adrian to better understand our global vision (30 min).
