About OVRSEA

OVRSEA is a next-generation multimodal freight forwarder committed to simplifying and optimizing international freight management through technology. We provide industry expertise and end-to-end visibility to meet client needs across sea, air, road, and rail, from loading to customs declarations. From inception in 2017, we grew from 0 to 900 clients in eight years and, since January 2026, merged with FATTON and LYSEO to form a robust independent French group with offices in 55 countries.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will report to the Head of Sales, Johanna, and play a pivotal role in driving OVRSEA's growth. You will co‑lead strategic prospecting with BDRs, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure client success through onboarding and nurturing.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify future accounts with strong potential.
  • Conduct engaging product demos, tailoring presentations to specific needs and showcasing the value proposition.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals efficiently, exceeding targets.
  • Onboard new clients in collaboration with Operations; identify internal champions within the portfolio.
  • Maintain a 6‑month growth focus, meeting predefined volume targets and expanding account value.
  • Report progress and insights regularly to the team and collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance product development and address client needs.

Sales Challenges for 2026

  • Continue growth, increase turnover, and expand the talent pool.
  • Support up‑market strategy and improve penetration in top segments.
  • Acquire MidCaps, Enterprise clients, and key accounts across new verticals such as food and pharma.
  • Build and manage an internationally‑reaching client base with strong retention; focus on acquisition and upsell.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in B2B client acquisition and sales.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation and closing skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Interview Process

  • First discussion with a Sales team member or Sales Director.
  • Interview 1 with Head of Sales and Senior Account Executive: business, sales, and motivation assessment.
  • Interview 2 with Sales Director and another team member: product demo practice and soft skills analysis.
  • Speed recruiting sessions to meet the team and confirm fit.
  • Final job offer.
