We are looking for a new senior account executives to accelerate our growth internationally.## Job Description
Since the creation of Mercateam, every month, tens of top manufacturing sites start using Mercateam to help their employees being much more efficient.
Your role will be to **conquer new international industrial partners to accelerate Mercateam footprint all over the world.**In direct with the CEO, you will have the following responsibilities:* **Shaping and executing account strategies to create new business opportunities** for Mercateam in Switzerland, England, Germany, Italy, Spain and the US.* **Be** **an account and sector expert, willing to self-source sales opportunities*** **Navigate complex organizations** with multiple stakeholders throughout the entire sales process (from prospecting to contract signature)* **Create value** and have an **industry consulting approach** in the whole sales cycles
- Ensuring proper and meaningful follow-ups on sales proposals with a result-driven approach until closing
- Being in charge of the **negotiation of contractual provisions from A to Z** in order to attract new customers.* **Representing Mercateam** at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe.
As an Account Executive, your impact on Mercateam's growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increase Mercateam ARR, while growing the company's customers portfolio!## Preferred Experience
Being Account Executive requires a wide skills set and a high level of energy:* **Perfectly bilingual French / English** is mandatory another language is higly recommanded
- Ambitious and challenger: You have a proven ability to **exceed new business sales targets** and drive continued revenue growth preferably with Mid and Enterprise Accounts (>100M€ turnover)
- Experienced: You have **strong full and complex sales cycle experience** (5+ years of relevant closing experience) preferably in a technology/software environment, demonstrating a successful history of **outbound prospecting and closing deals**
- Structured: you understand quickly, y**ou will have to appropriate quickly the challenges faced by major manufacturers**
- Accountable and organized: you **move forward methodically,** following your prospects to the end
- Open-minded and leader: You are known for your **natural ability to build relationships, your leadership and negotiation skills**
- Tech : You have an extensive experience with **sales tools** (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Sales navigator, etc).
- Knowledge of the industrial sector is a plus!
- Our recruitment process is designed to be simple, transparent, and efficient:1. **Introductory Call (10 minutes)** A short call to align on expectations, motivation, availability, and overall fit with what we’re looking for.2. **Interview with the Head of Sales (60 minutes)** Discussion around sales collaboration, prospecting mindset, ABM, and how the role fits into the go-to-market strategy.3. **Interview with the CEO (60 minutes)** Focus on organization, cross-team coordination, growth mindset, and long-term potential at Mercateam.4. **Use Case** A practical exercise to assess your ability to think structurally, understand an account, and design demand generation actions.5. **Reference Call** A final reference check to validate past experiences and ways of working.
