Role Overview
This position is based in Paris .

You are a Sales rep for the DACH Market, responsible for turning a lead into a satisfied customer by understanding clients’ specific needs, building trusting relationships, and guiding them through the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Support clients (firm requests obtained via marketing or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their seminar/team retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection.
- Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts.
- Suggest improvements to internal processes.
- Contribute to product development.
- Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.
- Train new team members.
The position does not involve cold calling.
Compensation & Benefits
- Package: €900 to €1 300 depending on profile + Bonus
- Meal vouchers worth €5/day
- 50% of your transportation subscription covered
