Account Executive - Germany

As an Account Executive in our German market, you’ll join a close‑knit team with a clear mission: support legal professionals as they research and draft documents efficiently using our AI platform. You’ll be onboarded and supported by Pascale, Head of New Business, and work alongside our first German account executive, Danu, as well as product, legal and marketing teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and leverage inbound leads to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Understand the challenges of your prospects, and build relevant go‑to‑market strategies
• Run the full sales cycle, from outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing
• Share insights and learnings from the German market with the internal Germany squad
• Achieve monthly targets set by the company for your market

Qualifications

• Fluent in German
• Experience in sales, especially SaaS sales
• A hunter mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening and empathy
• Extremely rigorous and detail‑oriented
• Strong sense of ownership, thrives in demanding environments, motivated by performance‑based incentives and uncapped variable compensation
• Knowledge of the legal sector is a plus
• Willingness to travel within France if required
