Account Executive – High-Growth EPM Software Vendor (France)

Recruiting on behalf of our client – a fast-scaling Finance and Sustainability technology software firm.

My client, a rapidly expandingFinance & Sustainability software vendor specialising is looking for an ambitious and experiencedAccount Executive to join their French team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is redefining how scaling businesses drive financial clarity, smarter insights, and data‑driven decision-making.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a central role in driving new business and expanding the client base across the France mainly. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from qualification to close.

You’ll engage with finance leaders in high-growth SMEs who are seeking greater control, automation, and visibility across core finance, sustainability, tax, and investor processes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing theend-to-end sales cycle , including discovery, qualification, demos, proposals, and negotiation.
  • Building strong relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Sustainability teams, and operations leaders.
  • Leveraging ahealthy inbound pipeline, while also executing your own outbound strategies when needed.
  • Translating customer pain points into clear value propositions showcasing the product’s impact on financial performance.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and contributing to revenue planning.
  • Representing the brand at industry events, customer meetings, webinars, and partner activities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience , includingproven success in SaaS or EPM/FP&A/ Conso/ ESG/ Tax technology sales .
  • Strong understanding of theoffice of finance
  • Experience closing mid‑market or SME and enterprise level deals with finance stakeholders.
  • Confident inlead qualification , objection handling, value‑selling, and driving opportunities to close.
  • Motivated by new business generation and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and French
  • Valid right to work in the France.
