Urban mobility, infrastructure, public transportation, new mobility models, energy transition — these sectors are undergoing deep transformation. They need partners who understand their operational constraints, public/private dynamics, and impact‑driven challenges.
Within this context, we are hiring an Account Executive.

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone capable of selling complex digital services in demanding environments, where sales cycles are structured, stakeholders are multiple, and decisions shape entire ecosystems. A business professional comfortable operating in public or semi‑public environments, able to navigate the mobility ecosystem and build long‑lasting relationships.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and structure BeTomorrow’s presence within the Cities & Mobility ecosystem
- Identify and engage key sector stakeholders (operators, public authorities, ecosystem players).
- Generate opportunities aligned with our positioning and strategic priorities.
- Build a credible and sustainable presence within the ecosystem.
Lead complex sales cycles
- Understand prospects’ business, technical, and operational challenges.
- Co‑build tailored proposals with product, tech, and delivery teams.
- Drive discussions through to contract signature, with a partnership mindset.
Contribute to tenders and pre‑sales initiatives
- Participate in scoping and proposal development.
- Operate within structured B2G or B2B2G environments.
- Provide strategic insight into public and semi‑public contexts.
Develop accounts over time
- Ensure commercial follow‑up on signed projects.
- Identify expansion opportunities, new scopes, or partnerships.
- Build long‑term relationships aligned with our standards of quality and impact.
Represent BeTomorrow
- Attend and participate in industry events.
- Develop a strategic network within the mobility and Cities ecosystem.
- Contribute to strengthening our market visibility and expertise.
Qualifications
You have experience selling complex digital services — bespoke projects, hybrid models, and multi‑stakeholder environments.
You understand that success in these contexts relies not only on commercial performance, but on the ability to grasp an ecosystem’s dynamics and build trusted, long‑term relationships.
You may have worked in a digital services company or consulting firm, within mobility or infrastructure‑focused organizations, or in structured environments balancing innovation with strong operational constraints.
You are familiar with:
- Multi‑level decision cycles (business, IT, procurement)
- Public tenders and regulated frameworks
- B2G or B2B2G environments
- Operational, security, and service continuity requirements
Experience in mobility (urban, rail, public transport, electric mobility, aviation) or smart city environments is a strong plus.
Beyond your background, we are looking for someone able to understand complex systems, generate sustainable value, and build responsible, long‑term partnerships.
