Role Overview:
We are hiring a results-driven Hunter Account Executive to generate new business within the Schneider Electric account. This role focuses on driving net-new revenue, expanding engagement, and delivering strong Total Contract Value (TCV) growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close new business opportunities within Schneider Electric
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a focus on TCV growth
Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers across business units
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure
Collaborate with internal teams to position IT consulting and digital transformation services
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking
Essential Experience & Skills:
Proven hunter profile with a strong “go-getter” mindset
Schneider Electric Account experience
Solid experience in IT consulting / IT services sales
Demonstrated success in driving TCV and closing large deals
Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in French and English
Proactive and self-driven
Commercially sharp with a focus on outcomes
Persistent and resilient in winning new business
