Position Overview
Surrounded by crystal‑clear water of the Pacific Ocean, our client is a boutique 5‑star international brand hotel in the French South Pacific islands requiring an excellent Food & Beverage Manager to manage a property of about 100 rooms and multiple restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Implement & maintain the highest standards of guest service, ensuring proper follow‑up to attain maximum quality and efficiency.
- Execute revenue strategies and sales initiatives, staying aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food and Beverage.
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and an extremely high standard of social skills.
- Achieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage.
- Currently holding a F&B Manager position.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong leadership, active involvement in executing revenue strategies, and keen awareness of industry trends.
Benefits
