The Private Equity group offers off‑cycle interns the chance to engage in the direct acquisition of large and mid‑sized companies across a variety of sectors worldwide, combining financial analysis with strategic thinking to enhance performance and create long‑term value.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modelling.
• Conduct investment research.
• Perform competitive analysis.
• Assist in the execution of transactions.
• Draft memoranda for internal and external use.
• Communicate with portfolio company senior management.

Requirements

• Gap‑year student seeking a 4–6‑month internship starting July2026, ideally with 4–6months of M&A or Private Equity experience.
