Job Description

12‑month Apprenticeship | From September 2026 to August 2027 | Paris area | Master 1 or 2 | Salary based on study level

We are looking for an apprentice to join our Sourcing teams.

Our Apprenticeship

As part of the Purchasing teams, you will work in Operations, contributing to product development, sourcing, production, and distribution of L'Oréal products. You will participate in the development of the Solidarity Sourcing program, a pillar of our Purchasing strategy. You will also work on one of the following purchasing areas:

Direct Purchasing

  • Raw materials – polymers, natural ingredients, perfumes, sun filters, vitamins, etc.
  • Packaging – innovative and environmentally friendly packaging.
  • Contract manufacturing – subcontracting for packaging or specific finished products.

Indirect Purchasing

  • Retail & Promotion – point‑of‑sale advertising, promotional items, displays, gift accessories.
  • Marketing services – creative agencies, post‑production, advertising space, digital media, market research.
  • Business services – HR, consulting, IT & telecom, facility management, travel, events, etc.
  • Industrial and devices – manufacturing equipment, packaging machinery, industrial utilities.
  • Excellence team – strategy, tools, project management for purchasing conformity.

Examples of missions

  • Develop purchase initiatives to optimize costs and create value.
  • Build and follow calls for tender.
  • Participate in projects: business reviews, purchasing community animation, market studies, suppliers’ mapping and portfolio analysis.
  • Support implementation and deployment of category strategy.
  • Set up key indicators and strengthen purchasing data.
  • Innovate, go further: bring your own ideas and impact.

What do you need to apply?

  • You are a student with a master's degree in engineering school or business/university.
  • You can provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months with your school.

Recruitment Process

We conduct a 30‑minute interview with a recruiter, followed by a second interview with a potential future manager, ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
