Value orientation: Responsible for achieving business objectives in target market, promoting market position, continuously promoting brand growth and compliance management.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
  2. Integrate internal and external resources (government, dealers), plan and develop the local channel network.
  3. Ensure Brand standards compliance through the dealer network.
  4. Formulate and strengthen annual/quarterly/monthly business targets (WS & RS) and develop local marketing strategies.
  5. Deploy national Sales policy, and continuously establish and improve channel network effectiveness (sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators).
  6. Monitor dealer profitability through different pillars (new vehicles, used car, service)
  7. Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
  8. Operate in compliance and in line with company guidelines.
  9. Be GEELY ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.

Qualifications

  1. Knowledge and skills: bachelor's degree, Excellent English language skills;
  2. Work experience: 5 years or above Auto sales experience (car maker company);
  3. Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals;
  4. Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Other special additional conditions: market acumen, pioneering spirit, passion tenacity.
