Value orientation: Responsible for achieving business objectives in target market, promoting market position, continuously promoting brand growth and compliance management.
Responsibilities
- Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
- Integrate internal and external resources (government, dealers), plan and develop the local channel network.
- Ensure Brand standards compliance through the dealer network.
- Formulate and strengthen annual/quarterly/monthly business targets (WS & RS) and develop local marketing strategies.
- Deploy national Sales policy, and continuously establish and improve channel network effectiveness (sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators).
- Monitor dealer profitability through different pillars (new vehicles, used car, service)
- Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
- Operate in compliance and in line with company guidelines.
- Be GEELY ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills: bachelor's degree, Excellent English language skills;
- Work experience: 5 years or above Auto sales experience (car maker company);
- Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals;
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Other special additional conditions: market acumen, pioneering spirit, passion tenacity.
