This independent role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from the Monaco office, allowing the successful candidate to build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while curating exceptional yacht charter experiences. The position requires a strong ability to secure new business, foster industry relationships, and collaborate with an international team to ensure seamless service from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience as a Yacht Charter Broker
• Proven success in luxury yacht charters and client management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong team player who is open to collaboration and feedback
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Familiarity with industry platforms and associations such as Yachtfolio, MYBA, and ECPY is highly preferred
