WORKS MANAGER M/FAt the heart of industrial projects that shape the energy performance of tomorrow, this position of Works Manager M/F is intended for a professional capable of combining operational management, field awareness and a strong results orientation. In an environment where every phase of a worksite must be rigorously controlled, you act as a true anchoring point between internal teams, technical partners, subcontractors and the client. Your role is to set the pace, secure commitments and turn project directions into concrete, reliable and sustainable achievements. You contribute directly to the success of ambitious technical operations by ensuring quality of execution, adherence to deadlines, cost control and the safety of all stakeholders. This position requires an active presence in the field, a clear vision of priorities and the ability to make informed trade-offs. It is part of a co-construction approach, where collective intelligence, attentive listening to needs and boldness in the search for solutions make it possible to achieve precisely defined objectives.
Your main missions will be as follows:Manage all works within the assigned scope, from preparation through to acceptance of the structures.
Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure smooth communication between the project’s parties.
Plan operations, monitor progress and anticipate potential deviations in order to propose appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Control the proper execution of works on site and guarantee compliance with contractual commitments.
Take part in follow-up meetings, report on progress and flag sensitive issues or identified risks.
Contribute to technical acceptance, resolution of punch list items and administrative closing of operations.
To succeed in this role, you must combine professional maturity, strong organizational skills and ease in interpersonal relations. The position is aimed at a profile with proven experience in worksite environments, operations or technical projects related to the energy sector. You are recognized for your ability to structure an intervention, stay on course in sometimes demanding contexts and move issues forward in a methodical way. Beyond technical expertise, your added value lies in your ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, quickly understand the challenges of a worksite and make reliable decisions while respecting operational constraints. A solid understanding of safety rules, applicable standards and field requirements is essential. We are looking for a committed, pragmatic and attentive personality, capable of working autonomously while relying on the strength of the collective to build robust solutions tailored to the client’s priorities.
Desired profile:At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in works management, site supervision or the running of technical operations.
Higher education in civil engineering, energy, industrial maintenance, public works or a related field.
Good knowledge of industrial, energy or technically demanding environments.
Ability to coordinate multiple contacts and manage schedules, costs and priorities.
Mastery of QHSE requirements and safety rules applicable on site.
Rigor, autonomy, strong reporting skills and the ability to resolve contingencies methodically.
Strong interpersonal skills, a partner mindset and a marked taste for fieldwork.
The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
