Workplace Systems Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Workplace Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimise enterprise workplace services across a global environment. This role combines project delivery with advanced L3 operational support, focusing on endpoint engineering, automation, standardisation, and large-scale Windows deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Windows master images and Operating System Deployment (OSD) task sequences.
• Provide L3 support, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
• Package and deploy applications using automated deployment methods.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, IAM, and regional IT teams on global workplace projects.
• Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational standards.
• Drive workplace standardisation, automation, and knowledge transfer across IT teams.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with MECM/SCCM , OSD, task sequences, and Windows endpoint management.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 , Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint security, and patch management.
• Experience with PowerShell , application packaging, and MDM solutions.
• Experience supporting global enterprise environments and large-scale endpoint deployments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
