We're seeking an experienced Workplace Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimise enterprise workplace services across a global environment. This role combines project delivery with advanced L3 operational support, focusing on endpoint engineering, automation, standardisation, and large-scale Windows deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Windows master images and Operating System Deployment (OSD) task sequences.
- Provide L3 support, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
- Package and deploy applications using automated deployment methods.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, IAM, and regional IT teams on global workplace projects.
- Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational standards.
- Drive workplace standardisation, automation, and knowledge transfer across IT teams.
Key Skills
- Strong experience with MECM/SCCM , OSD, task sequences, and Windows endpoint management.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 , Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint security, and patch management.
- Experience with PowerShell , application packaging, and MDM solutions.
- Experience supporting global enterprise environments and large-scale endpoint deployments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
