Workplace & Event Manager
About Lemlist
lemlist is the AI-powered sales engagement platform helping sales teams build pipeline smarter, not harder. Bootstrapped from day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $50M+ ARR in 8 years without raising a single dollar. Today, 40,000+ sales teams use lemlist to book more meetings and close more deals. We’re building the next generation of outbound: AI-first, multi-channel, highly personalized, and deeply integrated into the way modern sales teams work. And we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
You’re mission will be to contribute in giving a 5 star experience to all our team members. As a remote-first team, the moments we spend together through retreats, offsites, afterworks or a week in the lemhouse aren’t a nice-to-have. They’re how our culture stays alive. They’re where relationships are built and where people leave thinking “I love this team.” Your Paris HQ and unique spaces (lemflat & lemhouse) plus a €500k events budget fall under your purview. You’ll be the person who turns “another company offsite” into the trip people talk about for years.

- Partner with our design on lemlist merch people actually want to wear
- Manage bookings and transport for teammates, oversee the cleaning team, handle any issues, keep lemflat stocked with the basics

- Communicate across Slack, Notion and team meetings
- Make people excited to show up
- Make onboarding feel like a welcome, not a checklist — welcome packs, accesses, Paris trips when needed
- Provide support to our CEO when needed
