Workplace and Mobility Administrator

• Administer and continuously improve the end-user environment
• Create and configure Windows 11 deployment profiles
• Implement Windows Autopilot
• Package and distribute applications through Intune
• Centrally manage software updates
• Manage and optimize Windows 10/11 and iOS configurations
• Administer VMware Horizon View VDI infrastructures
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, VBScript, and the Microsoft Graph API
• Keep the workstation and mobile device fleet operational
• Monitor operations, handle incidents, perform day-to-day administration, and manage deployments
• Participate in cross-functional IT transformation projects and contribute to system security
• Apply department policies, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT department teams

Requirements

• Expertise in workstation and mobile device administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and iOS in multi-tenant environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, VMware Horizon View, and PowerShell
• Experience with MSI application packaging and software distribution
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Kaspersky, InstallShield, Nexthink, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Active Directory (GPOs), RDS, MDT, AIK, print services, and file-sharing services is preferred
• Ability to be available on weekdays during business hours
• Occasional availability in the evenings, on weekends, and during major or security incidents
• Prepare a detailed daily activity report
• Continuously update technical documentation, infrastructure maps, and configuration management records
