- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Redwood RunMyJobs platform
- Monitor enterprise job schedules and troubleshoot failures
- Support integrations with SAP, JDE, ServiceNow, Azure, APIs, and databases
- Develop automation scripts and workflow enhancements
- Handle L2/L3 production support and incident management
- Support change management, deployments, and DR activities
- Work in Agile operational delivery environments
Preferred
- Experience in ERP scheduling environments
- ITIL knowledge/certification
- Experience in enterprise managed services
