Workday Solution Architect
Doctolib is looking for a Workday Solution Architect to evolve its information system in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, implementing best‑in‑class solutions and tools for the business teams in order to provide an incredible service to all Doctolibers and the millions of Europeans visiting our sites each month.
Responsibilities
- Shape the long‑term HRIS technology strategy and architecture across Workday, Sana Benefits, PeopleDoc and future platforms.
- Design complex integrations and data flows between HR systems (APIs, middleware, MCPs).
- Leverage available AI capabilities to enhance HR processes.
- Establish data governance and security standards, aligning with global Doctolib standards.
- Lead platform evaluations, vendor selection, and build‑vs‑buy decisions for new systems.
- Design and evolve Workday architecture across HCM Core, Talent Management, Performance & Development, Learning, Compensation & Advanced Compensation, WD Extend, and Absence & Time Tracking.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementations from requirements to deployment.
- Provide hands‑on configuration expertise (business processes, security framework, calculated fields, reporting).
- Oversee tenant strategy, release management, and bi‑annual updates.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, optimizing system performance.
- Coach and mentor 3 Project Managers, elevating their technical capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Build frameworks and standards that enable autonomous decision‑making and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Partner with the People Product team to translate strategy into technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships (Workday, Sana, PeopleDoc) and influence product roadmaps.
- Champion user‑first thinking and drive simplification initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Workday implementation and support experience.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect on full‑cycle implementations.
- Deep expertise in Workday security, business processes, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience integrating Workday with HR platforms (benefits, document management, learning, ATS).
- Coaching or mentoring experience with technical teams or Project Managers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech‑team mindset with user‑first thinking.
Preferred:
- Experience in fast‑growing, mission‑driven tech companies.
- Background in healthcare or regulated industry.
- Experience with AI‑powered HR tools and automation.
- Active Workday Pro certifications (modules).
