About the role

Doctolib is seeking a technical leader to manage and evolve our HRIS ecosystem across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution while mentoring a team of three project managers to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Define the long-term HRIS architecture strategy including Workday, Sana, PeopleDoc, and future platforms.
• Design complex data flows and system integrations using APIs, middleware, and MCPs.
• Oversee Workday architecture across HCM Core, Talent Management, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, WD Extend, and Absence/Time Tracking.
• Manage tenant strategy, bi-annual updates, and release cycles.
• Provide hands-on configuration for business processes, security, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Mentor and coach three project managers to improve their technical and strategic output.
• Establish data governance and security standards aligned with global company policies.
• Lead vendor relationships and influence product roadmaps for HR systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Workday implementation and support.
• Proven history as a Solution Architect managing full-cycle system implementations.
• Deep technical proficiency in Workday security, integrations, reporting, and business processes.
• Experience integrating Workday with ATS, learning, benefits, and document management platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor technical staff or project managers.
• Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
