Workday Reporting Consultant

The Planet Group has recently partnered with a leading consultancy to support the recruitment of a Workday Reporting Consultant on an initial 6-month contract .

• Start date: Beginning of June
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
• Hours: Full-time
• Location: Saint‑Ouen (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week mandatory)
• Languages: Fluent English (international environment)

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on reporting
• Advanced expertise in Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
• Strong knowledge of complex calculated fields (e.g. LRV, Evaluate Expression, etc.)
• Experience with Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards (strong advantage)

Preferred Certifications

• Workday HCM Core (mandatory or highly preferred)
• Advanced Reporting Certification

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise advanced reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making
• Develop and maintain complex calculated fields for accurate data extraction and transformation
• Translate business requirements into meaningful technical dashboards and data visualisations
• Provide expertise in Workday N2/N3 support and system configuration impacts on reporting accuracy
