Workday HRIS Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Project Manager to lead and support Workday implementation, optimisation, and transformation projects. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across HR technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong Workday HRIS implementation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday HRIS implementation and optimisation projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support Workday configuration, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and governance to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of HRIS implementation and project management experience.
• Proven experience managing Workday implementations, upgrades, or optimisation projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday HR modules and HR technology processes.
• Combination of technical and functional HRIS knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Workday certification or experience working closely with Workday-certified consultants.
• Experience with global HR transformations.
• Agile or formal project management methodology experience (PMP, Prince2, Scrum, etc.).
