Workday HRIS Analyst: Absence & HCM Specialist

Synechron in Paris is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize Workday Absence Management and core HCM. You will configure absence plans, manage accrual logic, and ensure data integrity across employee records.

You will partner with HR, Legal and IT to translate policy changes into system configuration, support data loads, and participate in bi-annual Workday releases. This role requires hands-on Workday experience and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
