The Planet Group are currently supporting an international organisation seeking an experienced Workday HCM Expert to join their global HR systems team in Paris on a six month contract. This role will focus on Workday HCM support, configuration, business process optimisation, and N2/N3 troubleshooting within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and optimisation of complex Workday HCM processes

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 (N2/N3) support within a RUN environment

• Analyse, challenge, and refine functional requirements from global HR stakeholders

• Manage and optimise Business Processes (BP) and Security Groups

• Ensure system integrity and alignment with HR operational best practices

• Support key HR functional areas including Recruitment, Talent, and Payroll

• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to international HR teams

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of Workday HCM experience (7+ years preferred)

• Advanced expertise in Workday Business Processes and Security

• Strong understanding of Recruitment, Talent, and Payroll modules

• Proven experience supporting xuezdbg Workday in an N2/N3 support environment

• Ability to work in both English and French within an international setting

Preferred Certifications:

• Workday HCM Core

• Workday Business Process Fundamentals

• Workday Security Fundamentals

Interview Process:

• Initial screening interview followed by an interview with the end client
