Workday HCM Consultant

The Planet Group have recently been engaged by Consulting Partner, specialising in digital transformation, IT strategy, and management consulting for both public and private sectors. We are actively looking to hire a HCM Workday freelancer on a 6 month initial B2B contract.

Start Date: Mid-June

Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Hours: Full Time

Languages: Fluent English (International context) French is desirable.

HCM Expert:

We are looking for an expert capable of not just executing tasks but will involve challenging functional requirements and providing strategic advice to international HR teams.

Technical Requirements:

• 7+ years (min 5 years) of Workday HCM expertise.
• Advanced mastery of Business Processes (BP) and Security Groups.
• Strong knowledge of HR domains (Recruitment, Talent, Payroll).
• Expertise in Level 2/Level 3 (N2/N3) RUN mode support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration of complex Workday processes and repositories.
• Gather and critically analyze functional requirements from global teams.
• Provide N2/N3 level support and troubleshooting in a RUN environment. Workday N2/N3 Support & Configuration Expert
• Ensure system integrity and alignment with HR best practices.
