Workday HCM Certified Consultant

Adapt1 is a Workday services partner helping organizations design, deploy and optimize Workday Human Capital Management. We are growing our Workday HCM team and looking for a certified Workday HCM consultant who wants to work on end-to-end implementations, phase-2 rollouts and post-go-live optimization projects across North America.

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configuration, lead functional workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Lead or support the configuration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Onboarding)
• Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops with HR, payroll and business stakeholders
• Build supervisory and matrix organizations, job architecture, business processes, security roles and reports
• Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing and cutover activities
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practices
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultants

Requirements

• Active Workday HCM Core certification; additional certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting or Talent are an asset
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday HCM experience in implementation, support or optimization projects
• Solid understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, leave management)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and client-facing skills
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites (up to 25%)
