Workday Consultant - AMS

The Workday Consultant position sits within a brownfield Workday environment and focuses on ongoing AMS support, system enhancements, and optimisation across key Workday modules. There is a strong emphasis on Workday Journeys, employee experience improvements, and integrations with third-party tools (including e-signature solutions).

• Workday AMS support within an existing global Workday environment.
• Delivery of enhancements and functional improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client‑facing responsibilities.
• Workday Journeys and employee lifecycle process optimisation.
• Collaboration with technical and functional teams on integrations and system improvements.

Requirements

• Strong Workday functional experience (HCM and related modules).
• Experience in AMS or post‑production support environments.
• Exposure to Workday Journeys and/or employee experience design.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills via Teams/Skype
