Workday Analyst | Hybrid | Vitrolles

Keylime Consultants are working with an international organisation that is strengthening its People Tech capability and is looking to appoint a Workday Functional Analyst to its growing team.

The position offers a varied mix of Workday configuration, functional support and project activity, working across the HCM platform and partnering closely with HR stakeholders across the business.

You’ll be responsible for hands-on Core HCM configuration and will help improve business processes, resolve functional issues and deliver enhancements across the Workday environment. Experience with Recruiting would be a strong bonus, while exposure to areas including Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning and Time Tracking would also be valuable.

Alongside configuration, you’ll support Workday reporting, security, testing and bi-annual releases, while contributing to wider projects and continuous improvement initiatives. As part of a compact team, there is plenty of scope to take ownership and gain exposure across different areas of the platform.

This is a hybrid role based in Vitrolles, near Marseille, offering a salary of up to €65,000 plus bonus.

Workday Functional Analyst - Requirements

• Hands-on Workday experience, ideally within a post-production environment
• Strong Core HCM configuration skills
• Workday Recruiting experience would be a significant plus
• Experience or exposure across additional Workday HCM modules
• Knowledge of Business Processes, Reporting and Security
• Experience supporting configuration changes, enhancements and testing
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into workable system solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
