Workday Analyst | Hybrid | Paris
Keylime Consultants are supporting an international business that is continuing to invest in its Workday environment and is looking for a Workday Functional Analyst to join its growing HR systems team.
This is a broad functional role within a relatively small team, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple areas of Workday rather than being limited to a single module.
You’ll take responsibility for Core HCM configuration while supporting enhancements, business processes and ongoing improvements across the wider HCM suite. Recruiting experience would be particularly valuable, alongside exposure to modules such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning or Time Tracking.
Working closely with People, HRIS and business stakeholders, you’ll help translate requirements into effective Workday solutions and support projects from initial scoping through configuration, testing and go-live. You’ll also contribute to reporting, security, data quality and Workday release management.
This is a hybrid role based in the Boulogne-Billancourt suburb of Paris, offering a salary of up to €65,000 plus bonus.
Workday Functional Analyst - Requirements
- Previous hands-on Workday experience
- Strong configuration knowledge within Workday Core HCM
- Experience with Workday Recruiting would be highly desirable
- Exposure to other Workday HCM modules
- Good understanding of Workday Business Processes, Reporting and Security
- Experience supporting system enhancements and continuous improvement
- Ability to gather requirements and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous involvement in testing, releases or Workday project activity
This role would suit someone looking for broader ownership within Workday and the opportunity to develop alongside a growing international HRIS function.
