French Customer Service Representative (Remote in Greece during the Summertime)

What Youll Do

• Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to Facebook users.
• Monitor and resolve abuse reports, help users with account issues, and improve platform experience.
• Stay up to date on community standards and advocate for users best interests.
• Spot trends, escalate complex issues, and contribute to global support improvements.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in Frenchand English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of empathy and a passion for community well-being.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for trends and solutions.
• Familiarity with Facebook (training provided).
• Base Salary: 1050 gross/month x 14 per year
• Performance Bonus: Up to 200/month
• Remote-first culture with freedom to work from Greece.
