Role Responsibilities
- Represent and amplify the VO2 brand, engage internal communities, and unite teams around a shared culture.
- Lead social media with a digital-native approach: create content (videos and posts), monitor KPIs, and track AI tools and trends.
- Produce visual and written materials for our internal and external channels — Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing.
- Coordinate high-execution internal and external events: logistics, vendors, speakers, gifts, and on-site presence.
- Adapt and roll out brand standards and methodological tools (Playbook, templates) at an international scale.
Requirements
- Energetic and compelling presence. You naturally bring people together, motivate teams, and inspire enthusiasm.
- Digital-native profile. You live on social platforms, understand the codes, and create content for yourself before creating it for a brand.
- Strong AI literacy. You use AI tools daily and are curious about innovations that transform creative work and communications.
- Rigor and attention to detail. Energy alone isn’t enough: you are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without leaving anything to chance.
- Comfortable in English. Able to engage teams and produce content in an international context.
