Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining the Sales Support & Management team at VEGA Investment Solutions as a Sales Support and Management Assistant, for an apprenticeship in one year from September 2026 .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the implementation of VEGA IS’s commercial strategy.
• Carry out competitive monitoring to follow the offers on the market.
• Participate in the management committee.
• Participate in the implementation of management follow-ups regarding the performance of institutions, DRs, and CRs.
• Work in collaboration with the manager and development teams as well as marketing.
• Create a mapping of establishments with an overall and detailed view of the partnership with VEGA IS (collection, pipeline, UC share, delegated management, etc.).

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

As a BAC+5 student, you are preparing a university degree, from a business or engineering school, with a specialization in Finance / Asset Management.

You demonstrate good team spirit and great rigor in your work.

You are proactive and oriented towards the search for innovative solutions.

You are proficient in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel (advanced).

You possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills as well as a capacity for analysis and synthesis.

You are perfectly fluent in English.
