We are seeking French (fluent, C2 and higher) and English (B2 and higher, written and spoken) -speaking individuals to join our multinational client's team as Customer Support Representatives with an international team supporting a well-known online travel platform . In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them with reservations, payments, and platform-related queries.
Work Model: Remote (for Greece-based candidates only) or Onsite in Athens (for those relocating, eligible for remote after 3 months)
Start Date: 17 October 2025Schedule: 09:00-19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer support in French and English
- Handle inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, payments, and account issues
- Guide customers through online processes and ensure seamless problem resolution
- Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Work towards set performance goals including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C2+) and good command of English (B2 minimum)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
Application Deadlines

- Remote option available only for candidates already based in Greece with a stable internet connection
- Onsite option in Athens with support for relocated candidates:
- 3 weeks of free hotel accommodation near the office
- Up to 300 euros relocation support (paid with first salary)
Important Considerations-Relocating Candidates
- Flight tickets reimbursement with first salary
- Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documentation
- Relocated employees must work onsite for at least 3 months (unless already living in Greece with housing and internet setup)
