Women's Footwear Color & Material Lead

Lacoste is seeking a Manager of Product Development Color & Material for Women's footwear. You will lead color and material development from design handoff to production approval, ensuring feasibility, quality, and cost targets while coordinating with Design, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to meet seasonal strategies.

You will manage development calendars, track KPIs, and drive innovation in materials and finishes with cross-functional teams, including CSR and Supply Chain, while mentoring junior
