Women's Footwear Color & Material Development Lead

The Manager,Product Development Color & Material Women's is responsible for executing color andmaterial development across Women's footwear categories, ensuring designintent is delivered with high quality, on time, and within cost targets.

This rolepartners closely with Design, Product Merchandising, Sourcing, andManufacturing to develop scalable, consumer-right color and material solutionsthat support seasonal strategies and brand objectives.

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES

ProductDevelopment Execution

· Manageend-to-end color and material development from design handoff throughproduction approval.

· Ensurematerial feasibility, manufacturability, performance, and quality standards aremet.

· Executeseasonal material and color direction aligned with design intent and categorystrategy.

· Supportinnovation in materials, finishes, and sustainable solutions in partnershipwith cross-functional teams.

OperationalExcellence

· Managedevelopment calendars, ensuring milestones and on-time delivery across seasons.

· Partnerwith Sourcing and Manufacturing to resolve material, color, or productionchallenges.

· Supportcost optimization while maintaining quality and aesthetic standards.

· Trackand report on development KPIs related to timing, cost, and quality.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration

· Workclosely with Design, Materials, Quality, CSR, and Supply Chain to alignexecution with intent.

· Communicaterisks, constraints, and opportunities clearly and proactively.

· Supportadoption of new tools, processes, and best practices in development.

Team &Capability Building

· Contributeto a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

· Shareknowledge and best practices across regions and teams.

· Supportonboarding and development of junior teammates where applicable.
