The Role

As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will help customers find the perfect phone, plan and accessories, educate consumers on Cricket Wireless products, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cricket Wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Hit and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention, and autopay.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye.
• Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with co‑workers and consumers.
• Participate in local marketing and community events to promote the brand.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
• At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail periods.
• Attendance at off‑site events during and after business hours required.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using interactive technology devices.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
• Enthusiastic team player with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Independent and self‑motivated.
• Regular physical activity required, such as setting up promotional material or changing displays.
• Reliance on personal transportation for daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a fully functioning smartphone on first day of work.
