Job Overview

As a Retail Sales Consultant you will build total solutions for customers, selling wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, device protection, DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and tailor solutions to each customer.
• Achieve sales benchmarks and earn commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Promote and sell AT&T products and services, including entertainment.
• Assist store operations and duties, cooperating with fellow consultants.
• Represent AT&T with professionalism and courtesy.
• Attend promotional events during and after business hours.
• Support local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance.
• Background check clearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service ethic, honesty, and integrity.
• Availability most weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Background in retail sales helpful; training provided.
