Wiper Systems Innovation Project Lead

Valeo Issoire is seeking a Project Manager to lead innovation and standardization projects for wiper systems and blades. You will drive R&I efforts from concept to standardization, collaborating with laboratories and technology providers to define objectives and milestones.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure IP protection and smooth transfer of results. Fluency in English is required and the role is based at the Issoire site with partial remote flexibility.
