WinDev, WebDev, and WinDev Mobile Developer

• Develop custom WinDev, WebDev, and WinDev Mobile applications
• Provide enhancements and corrective maintenance for existing projects
• Analyze and resolve incidents and bugs
• Continuously improve application quality, performance, and reliability
• Recommend application and process improvements
• Implement software development best practices
• Contribute to R&D and innovation initiatives, particularly those focused on improving the user experience and integrating new technologies
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Monitor projects, coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure commitments are met
• Help build lasting, high-quality client relationships
• Work on management systems and industry-specific business processes across a variety of sectors

Requirements

• 2–3 years of development experience or more
• Strong proficiency in WinDev, WebDev, and/or WinDev Mobile
• Solid knowledge of SQL queries
• Developer training or equivalent experience
• Non-traditional profiles are welcome, including career changers, self-taught developers, and candidates with non-traditional IT backgrounds
• A degree is not a determining factor
• JavaScript/CSS, an interest in UX/UI, and familiarity with AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n) are appreciated but not required
• Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
