Wholesale Showroom Seller

Agency Parnell is a boutique wholesale agency representing a curated group of luxury brands. We work with brands that prioritise craft, identity and support in growing long‑term equity, managing distribution with discipline, building retailer relationships with care, and growing accounts with intention rather than volume.

The Role

This is a temporary, showroom‑based position for the duration of the Paris Fashion Week sales campaign. We are looking for an experienced showroom seller who can hit the ground running, representing our brands with confidence, professionalism and real commercial instinct.

You will be the frontline of the showroom — welcoming buyers, presenting collections, driving order conversations and ensuring every client leaves with a clear and compelling sense of each brand. This role demands someone who thrives under the pace and pressure of the sales campaign environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host wholesale buyers and retail clients in the showroom
• Present collections across our brand roster with clarity and conviction
• Drive order‑writing conversations with speed and commercial awareness
• Build immediate rapport with clients and maintain energy across long appointment days
• Communicate brand narratives accurately and compellingly at every touchpoint
• Coordinate smoothly with the wider team on scheduling, appointments and showroom logistics
• Keep the showroom environment impeccable throughout the campaign

About You

• Previous showroom selling experience in a luxury environment is essential
• You know the rhythm of a fashion week sales campaign
• Naturally warm and polished with buyers
• Fast, sharp and commercially minded
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple appointments and priorities without losing composure
• An excellent communicator, confident presenting to senior buyers from leading luxury retailers
• Meticulous attention to detail when it comes to orders, brand information and client follow‑up
• A genuine passion for luxury, craft and the brands you represent
