Your responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential channels across your region, develop tailored entry strategies, and proactively win and onboard new stockists (concept stores, department stores, e‑retailers, etc.).
  • Managing inbound leads: Respond to enquiries, assess their potential and convert them into clients.
  • Account management & client retention: Grow turnover across your assigned regions by presenting collections, taking orders, managing restocks and monitoring performance, with a strong focus on long‑term partnerships.
  • Merchandising: Ensure our products are presented correctly across all stockists (both in‑store and online).
  • Trade shows: Represent the brand at B2B trade fairs, engage with prospects and clients, and turn every interaction into a commercial opportunity.
  • Market & competitor analysis: Monitor the market, track competitors and identify trends to adapt the commercial strategy.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, support order management when needed (e.g. during absences or peak periods), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

You have at least one solid experience in a wholesale sales role, where English‑speaking prospecting played a key part in your day‑to‑day work. Ideally, you have already worked within the world of concept stores and/or design and lifestyle brands, enabling you to quickly take ownership of the role.

  • You are a native English speaker or fully bilingual, and are also comfortable communicating in French, as internal meetings are conducted in French. German is a strong plus.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
  • You are resilient and motivated to exceed your targets.
  • You are proactive, enjoy initiating conversations and persuading others through active listening and your outgoing, positive personality.
  • You demonstrate strong skills in negotiation, commercial analysis and client relationship management.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • You are known for your commitment, attention to detail, organisational skills and versatility.
  • You have a genuine interest in fashion and design, and feel aligned with our brand universe.
