Wholesale Account Executive

CDI - Starting as soon as possible — Paris, 8th arrondissement

ROLE:

Nour Hammour is looking for a Wholesale Account Executive to join our Global Wholesale team in

Paris on a full-time basis. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of retail partner relationships,

support seasonal buys and order management, and help drive the commercial performance of our

wholesale channel across multiple regions. You will be a key point of contact for our partners,

translating brand direction into strong, well-run account relationships from first order to sell-through.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with wholesale accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for order follow-up, product questions, and account needs.
• Support seasonal buy processes, order entry, and purchase order management, ensuring accuracy across systems.
• Track sell-in and sell-through performance, translating data into actionable insights and opportunities for reorders, co-op marketing, or account growth.
• Coordinate market weeks, showroom appointments, and trunk show planning.
• Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and partner support.
• Support due diligence and onboarding for new accounts, including regional market research.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of experience in wholesale, retail buying, or account management, ideally within luxury fashion or an adjacent industry.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets, and a strong command of reporting and account tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating across sales, logistics, and marketing teams with strong organisational skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French; Italian is a plus.

• Calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the detail.
