Welding Inspector

RINA is looking for experienced Welding Inspector to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed clients in France

Requested:

• Inspector must hold valid, in date Welding certificate and NDT certificates (VT, PT, MT & UT)
• Experience with welding (cladding) and machining of forged items, NDE Level II (VT, PT, MT and UT), PMI, dimensional, final inspection.
• Mechanical Degree ( Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Welding Engineering or graduate from high school in relevant branches)
• Experience as an Offshore Inspector (min. 3 years); Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendor's premises. Experience may cover daily inspections or short term/long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections;
• Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports;
• Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need;
• Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service;

Job Description:

Follow the cladding and machining of the manufacturing of the TOP API Flanges and WAG Bonnet Flanges for welding (cladding), machining, NDE, dimensional and final inspections in France.

Please note, we can only consider residents in France for this position

Period:

9/4/2026 - 11/23/2026 (Resident assignment, 5 days per week from September-November 2026)
