Weight Control Engineer

• Monitor and control topside weight growth and Centre of Gravity (CoG) compliance
• Review structural engineering deliverables, including calculations, analyses, drawings, and lifting studies
• Support structural design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and class requirements
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Process, Piping, Layout, Marine, and Installation disciplines
• Manage weight control registers, engineering changes, and anomaly resolution
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and classification societies on structural and weight-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• 5-10 years' experience in offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Hands-on experience in FPSO Topsides Structural Engineering and Weight Control
• Experience working within EPC/EPCIC/EPSCC project environments
• Familiarity with API, ISO, DNV, ABS, Eurocodes, and marine classification standards
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
