Website projects: Manage website updates from start to finish (prioritization, coordination, delivery).

Cross-functional coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between Marketing, Product, Content teams, and external partners.

Prioritization: Structure and arbitrate requests based on business impact.

Website Maintenance & Performance

Continuous maintenance: Ensure content, pages, and optimizations are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Agency collaboration: Manage and challenge external agencies to ensure performance goals are met.

CRO & Optimization

Conversion rate optimization: Improve visitor → lead conversion rates.

Data analysis: Leverage analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) to understand user behavior.

Test & Learn: Implement A/B tests and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
