We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our WebSite Factory (WSF) team as a Tech Project Manager. WSF powers brand editorial websites across all L’Oréal divisions and geographic zones, built on Sitecore CMS and hosted on Microsoft Azure. The team is composed of approximately 200 members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of tech projects, engaging multiple stakeholders (CDMO, divisions, countries, IT zones, architects).
  • Translate technical concepts for business and assess viability with the WSF team.
  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Website Factory platform.
  • Produce partner briefs and RFP documentation for managed services procurement.
  • Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of brand pilots, platform evolutions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in POCs for emerging AI and tech solutions, advising on adoption pathways and scalability.
  • Maintain roadmap awareness and alignment across business and IT zones.
  • Define metrics and reports to support project impact measurement.
  • Support quarterly PI planning cycles: content preparation, prioritization workshops, roadmap presentation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate with strategic technology partners to deliver projects.

Key Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of tech architecture.
  • Knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred) and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and experience or strong interest in prompt engineering.
  • Proven experience working with hybrid teams (employees + freelancers, onshore + offshore) in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Strong background in developing and executing communication and training plans for technology adoption.
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong asset given the France‑based global coordination role.
