Web3 Treasury & Liquidity Lead

SmartWeb Labs Tech is expanding its activities across Web3 and digital assets and is seeking a Web3 Treasury & Liquidity Lead to oversee digital asset liquidity, treasury movements, and operational exposure across blockchain-based environments.

The role focuses on monitoring liquidity positions, coordinating asset movements, and maintaining structured oversight of digital assets held across wallets, exchanges, and decentralized protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Web3 treasury balances across wallets, exchanges, and protocols.
• Coordinate digital asset movements and liquidity requirements.
• Track exposure across different blockchain networks and assets.
• Monitor liquidity availability and identify potential operational constraints.
• Maintain reporting on treasury positions, transfers, and asset distribution.
• Coordinate with counterparties regarding settlements and liquidity requirements.
• Review transaction activity and investigate operational discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain procedures for treasury and liquidity operations.

Requirements

• Professional experience within Web3, blockchain, digital assets, or crypto markets.
• Understanding of digital asset treasury and liquidity management.
• Experience working with wallets, exchanges, or DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with blockchain transactions and cross-network asset movements.
• Strong understanding of liquidity, settlement, and counterparty exposure.
• Experience using blockchain explorers and digital asset analytics tools.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

Compensation

Base Salary: 170,000 - 260,000 USD per year, depending on skills and experience

Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to treasury and liquidity performance
